34th annual conference of employees’ association from today

MORIGAON, Jan 27: The 34th annual conference of All Assam Karmachari Parishad will kick-off on Sunday at Morigaon HS and MP School with a three day programme which will conclude on January 30.

 The conference will begin with the central working committee’s meeting. Thereafter, a delegate meeting will be held which will be iugurated by Swapneel Deka, Superintendent of Police, Morigaon. On January 29, the day will get under way with the hoisting of the flag by Basab Ch. Kalita, president, All Assam Karmachari Parishad. Besides, Muhini Sarma, former vice-president, All Assam Karmachari Parishad, will paid tribute to the martyrs.

On January 30, a cultural rally will be taken out across the town which will be iugurated by Ramakanta Deuri, MLA of Morigaon. On the other hand, the open meeting will be presided over by Basab Ch. Kalita, president, All Assam Employees’ Association. In presence of Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal, Deputy Commissioner Hemen Das will deliver the iugural speech in the open meeting. Besides, CM’s media advisor Rishikesh Goswami will iugurate the souvenir.
