MANGALDAI, June 21: tiol Cadet Corps (NCC) has been playing a key role in the tion building by grooming the youth into disciplined citizens. Yoga is a way of life that helps in uniting minds, thus promoting tiol unity. This year, under the aegis of NCC Directorate, North-eastern region, about 37,000 cadets participated at 254 venues spread across all north-eastern States. Cadets performed the asas under expert guidance as per protocol given by the Ministry of Ayush. The stipulated set of yogasas was performed from 7 am to 7.45 am on Wednesday. NCC has also been conducting community development and social awareness programmes and adventure activities aimed at all round development of its cadets.
