GUWAHATI, April 28: The government railway police (GRP) have seized 40 kg of ganja (cannabis) from Guwahati railway station on Friday night from the down Dibrugarh-Chandigarh Express. The entire quantity was contained in 22 different packets and has a market value of around Rs 2 lakh.
