42 Poor Meritorious and Two Differently-abled Girl Students Were Felicitated for securing more than 80 % marks In Last HSLC Examination

Biswanath Chariali, July 25: To encourage the students, TK Limited at a function in Biswanath district, felicitated as many as 42 poor meritorious students of Biswanath district who managed to secure 80 per cent or more marks in the last HSLC examination. The event was held on Wednesday at Biswanath College. The programme was presided over by veteran social worker Jiten Bhagawati. The felicitated students were given away volumes of books, certificates, cash Rs 10,000 each and other essential commodities. Two differently-abled girl students of Gohpur and wife of scribe Arif Halder were also honoured with cash prizes in the programme.
