49th foundation day of CPI (ML) observed

MARGHERITA, April 23: The 49th foundation day of CPI (ML) was observed in Tinsukia CPI (ML) office. The programme began with hoisting of CPI (ML) flag by Subhas Sen, member of CPI (ML) central committee, followed by elected member meeting comprising State committee members, district committee members, local committee members and leading team members of various party branches. Subhas Sen in his iugural speech slammed the ‘corporate-commul’ offensive of the rendra Modi government.

Sen also said that the recent landslide victory of BJP in the Uttar Pradesh election must not be taken as something universal and both Left and democratic forces must not get frustrated. Many CPI (ML) members such as  Comrade Shikha Das, Comrade Debth Manjhi, Comrade Haripado Sarkar, Comrade Bijit Baruah, Conmrade Mithu Mohali, Comrade Shyamal Dutta and others were present in the programme.
