5.8-Magnitude Quake Strikes Tibet

Lhasa: More than 2,100 people were evacuated after a 5.8-magnitude earthquake jolted Xigaze city in Tibet autonomous region early on Monday, authorities said. No casualties were reported. The earthquake hit Xaitongmoin County at 3.32 a.m. It struck at a depth of 8 km. (IANS)
