52 bottles of Cypon Syrup seized

Rangiya, April 6: A special team of Divisiol Reserve Force of Rangiya Railway Division headed by  Asoke Das, officer in-charge, Railway Protection Force, Rangiya seized 52 bottles of Cypon Syrup during routine check at Rangiya Railway Station platform no 1 on Friday. According to OC Das, three passengers were detained for carrying huge quantities of drugs without proper documents. They were on way to Muzaffarpur in Bihar by down North East Express. All the 52 bottles were marked as ‘Physician sample, not to be sold’, the police added. Police detained Ram Jam Roy, Lal Yadav and Kabindra Kumar of Muzaffarpur, Bihar in this regard. After  interrogation they will be handed over to Government Railway Police (GRP ).
