59th biennial meet of ACKS begins

Golaghat, May 21: The only registered and recognized organization of tea garden employees of tea estates in Brahmaputra Valley region, Assam Chah Karmachari Sangha’s (ACKS) 59th biennial meet started from Saturday in Golaghat. The three-day long programme started at the District Library premises in Golaghat. In this biennial meet of ACKS, more than 500 representatives from 20 branches of the organization will take part and a new committee for the next two years will be formed.
