67th foundation day of Amguri Girls’ High School

GAURISAGAR, February 7: Amguri Girls’ High School is one of the premier higher educatiol institutions for women in greater Amguri area. It has completed 67 years. The school authority will celebrate the 67th foundation on February 9 with a day-long programme. Ruhini Ballav Deva Goswami, tiol best teacher awardee of Dergaon will unveil the newly-constructed smriti stambha. Thereafter Dr Akhil Ranjan Hazarika, noted physician of Sivasagar will release the school mouthpiece Seuji. Amguri MLA and APCC president Anjan  Dutta  will iugurate the  newly-constructed sports  complex and building constructed under RMSA. Sixty-seven invited members and students will light earthen lamps. This programme will be iugurated by former MLA Prodip Hazarika. Then the felicitation meeting will be held. The school students will performed ankiya bhao. Rukmini Hara.Probin Sarmah, Inspector of Schools, Sivasagar will iugurate it.
