Silchar, Dec 25: Death of a 95 year old spiritual and religious woman Arambam Ongbi Um Gonowati Laima, wife of late Arambam Chauba Luwang, at her residence at Binkandi Ghat, at 11.55 pm on Friday has sent waves of shock to the people of Binkandi Ghat and the neighbouring areas of Singerband, Lakhipur, Shibpur and others. She is survived by her sons Arambam Gour Kishore Luwang, Arambam nda Babu Singha, Arambam nda Kumar Luwang and daughters Maipakpi Devi, Bimala Devi and Lakhitombi Devi along with her relatives, family members, friends and innumerable well wishers.
