A candle-light vigil held

SHILLONG, Nov 2: The Batesi TV and the Civil Society Women Organisation (CSWO) held a candle light vigil at Khyndailad, (Police Bazaar) Shillong on November 3, 2016, from 4pm to 7 pm, as a mark of expressing solidarity with the six victims who were electrocuted on October 27, at Nongthymmai Neng of Lyngiong Village.
