TANGLA, June 24: In a bid to encourage the ignited spirits, the Tangla College unit in coordition with Tangla Anchalik AASU (All Assam Students’ Union), will hold a special felicitation programme for the meritious students who passed the HSLC, 2017 examition along with two HS position holders and five Ph. D holders of the greater Tangla area at the Bordoloi Bhavan premises on June 25. The felicitation programme will be graced as chief guest by Dr Arupjyoti Chowdhury, Dean of Krish Kanta Handiqui State Open University. The programme will be graced as appointed speaker by Lurinjyoti Gogoi, general secretary of AASU, will be attended by AASU Udalguri district committee members along with Jayanta Kr. Bhattacharya , assistant general secretary AASU. The programme will be anchored by popular actress Munmi Kalita. In the felicitation programme, as many as 308 meritorious students who passed the HSLC with flying colors will be feted.
