Lakhimpur, Sept 15: All Assam Tribal Students’ Union (AATSU) has demanded the Government of Assam to conduct a proper CBI investigation against the fraud company Galway and other private companies which operate in a similar manner to mislead the youths, not only of North Lakhimpur, but also from the different districts of Assam.

“The government should conduct a CBI investigation against Galway Private Limited and many other similar companies which have been misleading many unemployed youths of North Lakhimpur and other districts of Assam. These fraud companies employ youths and depend on them to bring other youths to join their company and sell their products. These companies exploit the unemployed youths and manipulate their mindset in the me of training and motivation,” said Nirmal Payag, AATSU president.

“There are many other fraud companies like Galway which are operating in North Lakhimpur and selling their useless products with the help of the employed youths. These companies employ college-going youths to run their business. Many tribal college students were working for Galway in North Lakhimpur. These youths come from a fincially poor background and thus they intend to do a part-time job to meet their requirements. The officials of the company must be caught and punished so that they do not destroy the lives of the youths of the tion who are the future of the tion,” he added. “I have been working for the company for three months now. As I have failed to provide other workers for the company to extend their business, they have not paid me any salary. I joined this job to support my needs as a student and my family is not fincially sound to support me. So now after the incident I have decided to stop working for the company,” said a student.
