AAU student receives award

JOYSAGAR, Feb 27: A student of Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat and a permanent resident of Hatikukh village of Sivasagar, received an award for her achievement in ‘Improvement of rural livelihood through improvement of food processing systems in day-to-day life’. Asfia Islam, daughter of Nurul Islam and Mafida Islam, achieved this award at the 2nd tiol Youth Convention on Agricultural Inventions in Sustaible Food System Improvement held in Raisur, Kartaka recently. Asfia Islam is a fourth semester student of the Home Science Department, AAU, Jorhat.
