Tamulpur, July 1: Tamulpur district ABMSU staged a protest in association with Dwarkuchi Anchalik ABMSU at Siknibari on 127(D) Rangia-Bhutan intertiol link road on Saturday seeking judicial inquiry into the Khormoja incident in Goalpara district. More than 100 ABMSU activists gathered at Siknibari and shouted slogans. The activists burnt the effigy of Chief Minister Sarbanda Slnowal to protest the killing of Yakub Ali. jrul Islam, assistant general secretary of ABMSU, Taison Hussain, secretary of Tamulpur District ABMSU, demanded judicial inquiry into the incident and compensation for the family of Yakub Ali. They also demanded fincial assistance for the injured persons.
