ABVP seeks introduction of betterment system at varsity level

SILCHAR, Aug 27: Examitions are an indispensable part for a student’s life. Their careers, profession and future depend on it. Examitions are of utmost significance in order to climb the ladder of success. Examitions are conducted for evaluation the students and their progress along with their level of learning. In every colleges of the town, there is a provision of betterment for the students. Some students may not always have the ability to perform very well at the examition. It may happen also due to some uvoidable circumstances that a student has performed poorly at the examitions.   In this regard, members of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (AVBP), Silchar, has submitted a memorandum to Prof Dilip Chandra th, Vice-Chancellor, Assam University, requesting him to introduce betterment system at the varsity level studies. The memorandum has been submitted after taking sigtures from students of almost all the departments of the University. VC th assured that the proposal will be taken into consideration after proper consultation with the deans and heads of all the departments.
