ACF condemns attacks on minorities

Itagar, March 19: The Aruchal Christian Forum (ACF) has condemned the increasing rate of violence against the Christian community. ACF in a statement raised questions to the central government on maintaining silence on the ongoing issues stating that anti-minority forces had been emboldened by protective umbrella of silence on repeated incidents. Heinous rape of an elderly nun in West Bengal and the destruction of the church building at Harya are the latest in a series of barefaced attacks. Requesting law enforcement agencies to be vigilant, the ACF also said, “Such repetition incidents is danger to the unity and integrity of the country and it must be taken on priority account as early as possible by the Centre.”
