ACS submits memorandum

Itagar, Jan 11: The Aruchal Civil Society (ACS) today submitted a memorandum to Chief Secretary Ramesh Negi asking the latter to direct an instinct identity derivation against occupants of the state.

The ACS asserting on the allegation of rebel TCL MLA’s alleging the use of militant groups in its memorandum apprised the chief secretary that the capital is in danger and the innocent citizens do not feel secure at all.

“It is an open secret that nowadays the state’s capital is not secure due to the clash among the politicians unnecessarily, hence an identity derivation is the need of the hour,” the society wrote in its letter.

Demanding that apartment occupants should submit their resumes to the police station, hotel magers must provide all the necessary documents of the hotel occupants with photos in soft copy within 24 hours to the home department to carry out necessary combing/searches of doubtful people and the state government must deal with iron hand if they are not using the UG as alterte sources, the ACS also sought the governor’s intervention in the case.

“The doubtful behaving people without proper identity should be booked whenever any incident happens under NSA Act while any rally or gathering should be banned as those ultra’s can avail this gathering for various unwanted activities,” the ACS wrote.
