AGP representatives' meeting held

DEMOW, January 10: An East Mandalik party representatives’ meeting of AGP was held in Demow Public Library on Sunday afternoon. AGP president Atul Bora presided the meeting. The meeting was anchored by Kushal Dutta, secretary of Sivasagar district Committee and Pradip Hazarika, general secretary of central committee of AGP, spoke about the aims and objectives of the meeting. The meeting also discussed about the upcoming assembly polls along with the mistakes made earlier by the party. In the meeting, Renupama Rajkhowa, former Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Anup Phukan, vice-president of central committee, Sunil Rajkonwar, president of central committee of Yuba Parishad were present apart from the local leaders. From Bokakhat to Sadiya, a total of 13 representatives of each district committee were present in the meeting and it was decided that in the forthcoming election the AGP would not form any alliance with any political party.
