Even before the organizers were preparing to hold their protest demonstration and make speeches against the attempts to stifle the democratic way of organizing a function in JNU and the alleged misbehaviour with the organizers of the function in the premises of Patiala House Court, a group of ABVP workers appeared on the scene and objected to their function. This led to heated exchange of wordy duel and scuffle. Ultimately, SFI had to wind up their protest demonstration.
