AIUDF chief declares Rs 60 lakh aid for Batradaba Than

From a Correspondent

GAON, December 24: AIUDF supremo Badruddin Ajmal declared Rs 60 lakh on Thursday for the development of Batradaba Than and said that he would transfer the amount just before election.

He allegedly declared this in front of the Than magement committee. But the people of Batradaba are not happy as it was nothing but a lollipop before the upcoming assembly election. The people of Batradaba alleged that earlier in 2011 just before the Assembly election, AIUDF supremo Ajmal had declared Rs. 1 crore for the development of Akashee Ganga of Batradaba Than and also laid the stone, but he allegedly did not spend any money for the scheme. The people alleged that it was just a move to attract the Hindu voters.

Meanwhile, Ajmal attended a party rally that was held at the Dhaniabheti playground in which he lashed out at the BJP, Congress and criticized both the parties for ‘commul politics’.

Ajmal said that BJP’s Mission 85 would not be successful and the party would have to be content with only eight seats in the State.
