AJYP submits memorandum

Golaghat, April 6 : The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Parishad (AJYP) of Golaghat district committee on Friday submitted a memorandum to the Joint Director of Health Services of Golaghat demanding precautiory measures against vector borne diseases like JE, Malaria in Golaghat district.

In a press statement, the president Partha Tamuly and secretary Nipon Gogoi said that last year the people of Golaghat had suffered a lot from the diseases and several person lost their lives. The AJYP demanded the concerned authority to take initiative before these diseases outbreak. They also demanded DDT, bleaching power and medicated mosquito nets.
