Ali-Aye-Ligang celebrated

DEMOW, Feb 15: Ali-Aye-Ligang, the spring festival of the Mising community, was celebrated on Wednesday near Demow in Jun, Borguri and surrounding Mising villages. In the morning, the flag was hoisted and after that the women wore traditiol dresses and performed Mising dance. Traditiol food items of the Mising community were made, especially apong.
