All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU)condemns capital administration

ITANAGAR: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) while expressing its deep concern on the ongoing APPSCCE imbroglio, vehemently condemned the failure of capital administration in securing and providing safe passage to all the genuine and willing candidate those who were obstructed and got sandwiched between police and some APPSCE mains qualified protestor tussle on 10th November 2018 that have considerably vitiated the peaceful and conducive atmosphere.

“The incident has given rise to many genuine candidates being deprived from appearing the prestigious exams and have thrown them in a situation of despair and uncertainty,” the union stated.

It also added that the Union stand and empathies with the genuine candidates who could not sit for the exam due to security failure and appeal the commission to search a way out whereby their rights without their any fault gets curtailed.

“The Capital Administration has miserably failed in providing security when the situation was already tense from the fortnight when some section of Mains qualified candidate has already started demonstration in Tennis court Itanagar,” union added.

Further the union said that they are also not happy with the conduct of some section of Mains qualified aspirants and ring leaders that have come up with the idea of protesting for stalling the mains examination despite the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) best effort to vacate the high court order that was again filed by some section of aspirants.

The union opines that being aspiring candidates they should have never resorted to such extreme steps that have given rise to so many divided set of aspirants group espousing their own interest. Any competitive examination or interview cannot go as per the whim & fancies of a candidate rather they should have been prepared for any eventuality.

“The competent authority should immediately conduct enquiry into the whole fiasco and held responsible those ring leaders who have started the whole problem,” union said.

The AAPSU also lamented the recurrent administrative goofs up on part of the APPSC that have time and again created such chaos and mistrust.
