Andhra CM begins Chi visit, 13 MoUs to be inked

Hyderabad, April 12: Andhra Pradesh will sign 13 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with various Chinese companies during Chief Minister N. Chandrababu idu’s six-day visit to Chi, which began on Sunday. A high-level delegation led by idu reached Beijing on Sunday. The delegation, which includes two ministers and senior officials, will sign six government-to-business (G2B) MoUs during the visit to Beijing. These include a MoU with Camel Group Co Ltd, which is engaged in the research and development, manufacture, distribution and recycling of storage batteries.

Another agreement will be inked with Chi Council for the Promotion of Intertiol Trade, an industry body that promotes Chi’s intertiol economic and commercial interests. A MoU will be inked with Guizhou Intertiol Investment Corporation. A delegation from the company had visited Visakhapatm in November last year. The government will also sign a MoU with Sinoma Intertiol Engineering Co Ltd, which operates in equipment manufacturing and supply and engineering sector, said an official statement here on Sunday. Another MoU will be inked with New Hope Liuhe Co. Limited, which is engaged in integration of farming industry operations, such as feed production, livestock breeding and slaughtering, and meat processing. (IANS)
