Anundaram Baruah awards given away

Golaghat (Dhekial), Feb 10: The Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat, Gourav Bothra iugurated the distribution programme of the Anundaram Baruah Award on Friday at Golaghat District Library. After iugurating the programme, DC appealed to the students to go forward with a competitive manner.  In Golaghat district the Anundaram Baruah Award has given to 2136 students, who secured first division in HSLC and High Madrassa examitions, 2016.   On Friday 800 students out of 2136 students were presented the wards. In the award distribution programme, Additiol Deputy Commissioner Amarjyoti Barman, Utpal Doley, Inspector of Schools Hiron Gogoi along with the officials of district administration and education department were also present.
