GUWAHATI, April 19: Anurag Buragohain and Devanga Barkakati lifted double crown in the 8th Kaliyani Open Ranking Tennis Tourment which was concluded today at the Kaliyani club, Numaligarh. In the boys U-18 event Anurag Buragohain today defeated Mash P. Kuli in a electrifying fil 3-6,6-4,6-1 to lift the title. He also bagged U-14 Boys title earlier. Meanwhile Devanga today collected U-18 Girls title beating zia Ahmed in straight sets 7-5, 6-1. Earlier She also won U-14 girls title. In Men's Open Doubles fil, Tutu Thapa & Sudhanta Mohanty beat Mash P. Kuli and Bedabrat Mohan 6-0, 6-0.The closing function of the meet was attended by Samiran Chakraborty, General Mager, NRL, and he also distributed the prizes.
