APIC impose pelty

Itagar, June 4: The Aruchal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has imposed pelty of Rs 25,000 on PIO cum DFO Mouling Division, Jengging, Upper Siang district for deliberately defying orders of the commission in connection with the appeal made by Geni Pangkam seeking information. PIO cum Maging director, APSCAB Ltd has also been pelized pertaining to complaint made by one Tani Moyong, an official release informed here today.
