Aquatic meet held

GUWAHATI, Jun 6: The All Kamrup District Swimming Association conducted a daylong aquatic championship in memory of Rishal Kalita at BP Chaliha Swimming Pool in RG Baruah Sports Complex on Sunday. The championship was iugurated by Deba Hazarika, vice president of Assam Swimming Association. The ASA flag was hoisted by Bhaskar Das, ASA secretary. A total of 200 boys and girls participated in the meet featuring 142 events. The gold and silver winners of the meet will represent the Kamrup district team in the state championship to be held at the same venue on June 11-12.
