DIBRUGARH, March 8: Army has refuted all allegations framed against them by Tinu Gaur (20) that he was brutally tortured by them. Claiming the news that the army had allegedly tortured the youth as baseless, the army press communiqué said, “No FIR had been registered and even medical report does not confirm any kind of torture.” The same was confirmed by senior authorities of Oil India Limited , the press communiqué claimed.
