Assam panchayat Polls: 6,27,851 voters to cast their votes in Morigaon

MORIGAON: Morigaon Deputy Commissioner Rituraj Bora told media persons that preparations had been made for smoothly conducting the panchayat polls, to be held in the district on December 5. The DC disclosed that total 6,27,851 voters will cast their votes. Total 30 voting centres are very sensitive, 96 sensitive and 781 centers are comparatively safe. Superintendent of Police Swapnaneel Deka highlighted various measures to be taken by the police at the time of voting and counting.
