Assam shuttlers bag 3 titles

GUWAHATI, March 22: Assam shuttlers Anurag Talukdar, Rikshita Chaliha and Suzen Buragohain won singles title in the East Zone Junior badminton championship held in Kolkata today. Anurag, in the boys U-11 fil, defeated Upanda Rajkumar of Manipur by 21-16, 21-10. Rikshita collected U-11 girls singles title beating Disha Sarma from Assam by 18-21, 21-15, 21-15. Suzen took part in the girls U-13 event and she too beat her teammate Rajkumari Replika Handique 21-14, 21-16.
