GUWAHATI: Delhi took 49 runs first innings lead against Assam in the CK Nayudu Cricket tournament match held at Nagon today. The first day of the match witnessed fall of 20 wickets.

Assam, invited to bat, bowled out paltry 110 runs in 28 overs. Rajjakuddin Ahmed (24) was the top scorer. In reply Delhi, rode on a fine knock from Tejas Baroka (70), scored 159 in the first innings losing all wickets. Roshan Alam (4-35) and Rajjakuddin Ahmed (3-31) took most of the wickets that visitors lost today. Assam were 1-0 in the second innings.
