'Assamese is getting due respect in BTAD'

TAMULPUR, March 10: With only a month left for the Assembly elections, political parties are gearing up at various levels to win the confidence of the voters. The BPF, which is in power in BTAD is not behind in the race. Stating that voters are seeking political change for all round development of  the State, Rajya Sabha MP Biswajit Daimary on Thursday appealed the people to vote in favour of the alliance of BJP-BPF-AGP. Addressing a mass gathering at Tamulpur Durga Mandir, Daimary said that BPF will contest in 16 seats in forthcoming Assembly Election and BPF will occupy all the seats. He also said that the Assamese language is getting due respect in BTAD area and the non-Bodos are safe under BPF.
