GUIWAHATI, April 30: Sunaru Phulor Malita, an Assamese short story book authored by Monirupa Misra, was released in Guwahati today in the presence of eminent litterateurs, singers and literary activists. While inaugurating the book, eminent Assamese short story writer Abhijit Sarma Boruah said, “Those who indulge in literary works never pander to rumours.” Among others, also attending the book release ceremony were Axam Xahitya Sonmiloni working president Dr Dilip Bora, noted singer Dr Anima Choudhury, Asom Lekhika Somaruh’s Jalukbari unit president Nandita Chaliha and the author’s father Narayan Misra. The book is published by Chandra Prakash, Guwahati.
