Assembly session from October 13

Itagar, Sept 15: Aruchal Pradesh Governor P B Acharya has summoned the Legislative Assembly of Aruchal Pradesh from October 13 to 18 next, an Assembly notification informed here on Friday.  Besides normal business of question hour, obituary reference and several important government bills would be taken up in the six-day session at the new Assembly building here.

Meanwhile, Speaker T Norbu Thongdok under the Rule 275 of the Rules of Procedure and conduct of Business has reconstituted the Rules Committee of the House, another assembly notification informed. The committee would be headed by the Speaker as the ex-officio chairman and the members including MLAs bam Tuki, G D Wangsu, Kento Ri, Wanglam Sawin and Tapang Taloh respectively, the notification added.
