Atal Bihari Vajpayee's birthday celebrated

DHEKIAJULI, Dec 25: The 93rd birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was celebrated in Dhekiajuli by BJP workers on Monday. On this occasion, a road show was brought out by the BJP workers from Sirajuli to Alisinga under Dhekiajuli constituency. The grand road show was arranged under the aegis of  the BJP East Mandal, West Mandal, North Mandal and Panchayat area activists. In this grand road show, different BJP leaders from Sonitpur district were present.

The prominent among the participants in the grand road show were Ashok Singhal, local BJP MLA, Mril Saikia, Sonitpur district BJP president, Mical Das, general secretary, BJP Sonitpur district, Prasenjit Debth, BJP west mandal organizer and other BJP workers and panchayat leaders. 

The BJP workers said that Vajpayee’s phenomel as well as visiory leadership made India more developed. Prime Minister rendra Modi in 2014 announced that Vajpayee’s birthday would be celebrated as Good Governce Day annually.
