ATCO organises Abo Tani Yatra at Sagalee

NEW DELHI, July 9: Abo Tani Clan Organization (ATCO) Papumpare district unit along with its central executive members held Abo Tani Yatra-cum-awareness campaign for the creation of Department of Abo Tani Tradition & Cultural Affairs (DATCA) at Sagalee on Monday. Interacting with its members and the people gathered on the day ATCO President Yamra Taya told that the indigenous people of the state should stick with its Tradition, faith & culture before it’s too late to get cleaned up. Stressing on the demand for the creation of DATCA he said that, we need to preserve the tradition, faith & culture of the Tani community for which a separate department is needed.

Today youths are being remained unemployed because of no jobs and the increase of retirement age in the government jobs.

“Youths can’t be waiting for the retirement of those people. So this is an approach also to generate employment among the youths, he added.”

He also cleared that the rumors of creating own Tani Chief Minister in the state is false. We are not to any political group and not a catalyst to communal war in the state, he said.
