Athletic Club honours photo jourlist Partha Seal

Silchar, Feb 7: Itkhola Athletic Club of Silchar on its golden jubilee year has honoured ace photo jourlist Partha Seal with the best photographer award on Sunday. He has earned a me for himself. Partha Seal has also participated in various exhibitions and has brought laurels for the entire Barak Valley. The award was handed over to him by the president of the Club, Anup Kumar Singh, in the presence of Nilotpal Choudhury, executive director, Jugasankha Group, Taimur Raja Choudhury, editor, Samayik Prasanga, and Bijayendra rayan Singh, ward commissioner.
