ATM fraud

Shillong, Dec 22: A woman lodged a complaint with the police that Rs. 1,30,000 were fraudulently withdrawn from her account. According to police, one Evalyne Kurbah lodged a complaint that in between December 10 to December 16, unknown persons made eight withdrawals with her ATM card from various ATMs in Shillong city. The complaint had earlier lost her ATM card
