ATMs vandalized in Sivasagar district

GAURISAGAR: Sensation prevailed at Amguri in Sivasagar district when some unidentified miscreants vandalized two SBI ATMs on Sunday night near Amguri daily market. According to eye witnesses, at about 1.30 am, a gang of four unidentified miscreants came in a white Indigo car and entered the ATMs. Later, they vandalized two ATMs of SBI Amguri Branch and looted cash Rs 6,000. The ATMs are operated by FIS Payment Solution and Service India Ltd, Guwahati. The assistant manager of the company, Nabajyoti Borah lodged an FIR at Amguri Police Station.
