ATSE-2017 held in Itagar

Itagar, Jan 9: The 8th Aruchal Talent Search Examition (ATSE)-2017, a State level scholarship test held under the aegis of Nimbus Tutorial, Itagar – one of the premier coaching centers for medical and engineering entrance exams – was on Sunday conducted successfully in several exam centers across the State.

The toppers of the exam are given scholarships to pursue three months intensive crash course in the institute prior to medical and engineering entrance exams, along with other academic incentives.

The exam, which was open to all, was conducted under two categories—degree level, where students studying in class XII (science stream) and those who have already passed out; and NEE-I & diploma level, where the class X studying and passed out students could appear.

Principal of Nimbus Tutorial, Viy Kumar informed that this year, about 2000 students sat for the exam in 13 centers in different districts, including about 350 students in the capital.

He said, “ATSE is conducted annually by our institute to identify students with high intellect and academic talent in the state and accordingly prepare them for the medical and engineering entrance exams.”

“The crash course, which this year will commence from March 28, is a short period of coaching but the study tips and materials provided by us help the students crack the (competitive) exams,” he added.
