Award for Demow Anesthesiologist

DEMOW, February 14:  Dr Surajit Giri of the Department of Anesthesia in Demow Model Hospital was conferred an award by the Indian Society of Anesthesiology recently in Jaipur. He has been given this award for giving much importance to the topic on the unconscious and creating awareness among the people. Dr Surajit Giri was given the award at the 63th convention which was organized by Indian Society of Anesthesiology recently in Jaipur. Under the initiative of Dr Giri, on October 16 last year the World Anesthesia Day was observed in Demow Model Hospital. In Assam the first modern technology anesthesia room was opened in Demow Model Hospital on October 16 last year.
