Awareness meeting on NRC held

Goalpara, June 17: The Matia Block Congress Committee (BCC) on Tuesday arranged an awareness meeting for its workers on the correct way for filling up the NRC form. Presided over by Atower Rahman, president BCC, the meeting held a thredbear discussion on the topic and clarified doubts and misconceptions.

Office bearers of Goalpara District Congress Committee (DCC) and senior advocates Amzad Ali and Shahjahan Ali, Sahabuddin Ahmed, Sofikul Ahmed, Sadid Mazumdar, Nilambar Patowary and many others spoke on the occasion. Meanwhile, attending the programme as the chief guest, Haji Abu Sayed, president DCC, appealed to workers to follow the Congress high command and strengthen the party in order to win all the four constituencies in the district.
