Awareness on child rights emphasized

DHUBRI, Jan 6: Dhubri Deputy Commissioner (DC) zrul Islam on Tuesday formally iugurated the Mukhyamontri Suli Soihab Prakalpa- Surakhito Shishu Surakhito Axom project. Dhubri DC Islam, while addressing the iugural function, urged Anganwadi workers and helper to make people in general aware about the rights and safety measures for children. Bikash Sarma, DIPRO, Dhubri, District Social Welfare officer Manindra Barman, Sub-divisiol Medical and Health Officer Birendra th, Child Care officer Aminur Rahman, advocate Sabi Begaum spoke in the meeting held at the district library and presided over by Samsul Huda, president, District Child Welfare society.
