AXX celebrates Mohim Bora's birthday

GAON (HAIBORGAON), July 7: Renowned litterateur, story teller, poet and the former president of Axom Xahitya Xabha (AXX) Mohim Bora was felicitated by AXX on his 93th birth anniversary here on Wednesday. The office bearers of the gaon unit of AXX led by assistant general secretary Padum Rajkhuwa felicitated him with a gamosha and bouquet of flowers. The present president of AXX, Dr. Dhrubajyoti Bora, Principal Secretary Dr. Paramanda Rajbangshee and former chief Secretary of AXX, Prahlad Tasa also wished him over telephone on the occasion birth day. A book titled “Sishu Xahitya Xamagra” by Mohim Bora and published by AXX was also released on the occassion.
