AXX poets’ meet on Feb 10

GUWAHATI, Feb 3: Sahitya Akademi award winning Rajasthani poet Mithath Mithesh Nirmohi will attend as chief guest in the poets’ meet to be held as a part of the centery session of the Axom Xahitya Xabha on February 10 in Sivasagar. The poet meet will preside over by poet Jnyan Pujari. Several noted poet of the state will also participate in the poet meet. Meanwhile, the literary body has declared its 16 awards for the year 2015-17. Writer Jaysree Goswami has been selected for Axom Keshari Ambikagiri Raichoudhury Award for her novel ‘Chakya’.
