Ayonika bags bronze

New Delhi, Sep 28: Ayonika Paul bagged a bronze medal in the women's 10m air rifle event at the Asian Air Gun Championship here on Monday.

The 23-year-old notched up a score of 185 in the fil round at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range.

Paul came up with attempts of 10.9 twice during the fil. But the 2014 Commonwealth Games silver medallist could only mage a 9 in her last attempt which put paid to her hopes of finishing higher on the podium. IANS
