Baarhoonkha Atheletic Club lift trophy

TANGLA, Oct  6: Baarhoonkha Atheletic Club of Kokrajhar lifted the Championship trophy in the 17th Bodoland Martyrs Gold Cup which was organised by Khoirabari Regiol Sports Association and Khoirabari Anchalic ABSU at the Khoirabari Mini Stadium as they defeated Assam Police Blues 3-1 in the fil today.

The first goal was scored Mofidul Islam of Assam Police Blues in the 12th minute of first half. On the other hand RaviRam Koch of Baarhoonkha Atheletic Club leveled the score in the 29th minute of the first half. Again Ashok Brahma and Dhrubajyoti Brahma of Barhoonkha scored goals in the 3rd and  16th minutes of second half.The fil match was igurated by BTC EM Jagadish Sarkar.EM Sarkar provided the trophy to the champion team.
