Baarhungkha Athletic club thrash Global FC

GUWAHATI, June3:  Baarhungkha Athletic Club, Kokrajhar defeated Global FC of Gossaigaon inn a well contested match by 2-1 in Assam State Premier League match held at Kokrajhar District Sports Association field today. The first goal of the match was scored by ukwu Michael of Baarhungkha in 45 minutes and the side was leading by this goal in the lemon brake. Ajit Kharjee increased the margin in 67 minutes. Soloman of Global FC reduced one in 74 minutes through pelty. Two more matches of the championship were held today in two different venues. At Sivasagar, K A Morning Star FC registered huge 5-0 victory against Moran Town club. Orok Oram scored hat-trick while Lachit Bora and Barun Tokbi were the other scorers. Tezpur United in the other game at Tezpur  defeated Udalguri FC by 2-0. Onyeama Francis and Rahul Saikia scored one goal each in the game.

Tomorrows match: FC Green Valley vs Guwahati FC, Jorhat Town club vs Barekuri FC and Triyanjyoti FC vs Golaghat Rhino.
